Wordpress, powered by Sudeep

as I already mentioned on my blog, it needed some tricks and it was laborious work to make a Photopress out of Wordpress.
Without the help from Sudeep, I would have never succeeded in building up Xtropolis 2.0, or at least never in this short period of time and with so much fun.

Many many thanks to New York. It was a real challenge to bring all the requirements together on the new Xtropolis site. At the beginning there was just a short request for support, but then, after an endless number of emails and the virtual exchange via the large sea, Berlin /NYC, we were able to create exactly what you are looking at right now, thanks to the collaboration with Sudeep.

While the winter 2009/2010 passed by, we managed to link all important aspects to the same design, such as: the photo presentation based on Wordpress 2.9.1 and the Reflection-mod Template with the request of a blog template. In the meantime, the basis is harmonized to the degree that the blog page is available on Sudeeps website as an additional Wordpress template, called “Refractal“, acting as a counterpart to the photo page ‘Reflection/Mod’.

Usually you go for some good beer after such a mission. As this was not possible, we decided to donate the money we would have spent for drinking. Anyway this will not stop us from raising glasses face-to-face in the near future, either in Berlin or NY. Again thank you very much Sudeep, it was really crazy and a real pleasure working with you!
